Comes with the Ram mount and ball including waterproof USB charger with new bolts to install on your handlebars. Place the wire under the handlebars and connect to the battery or the OEM accessory wire. Complete with instructions and materials required for installation. The back of the charger port is completely sealed and you have a plug to close it when not in use.
