Warranty and return policy

Returns

  1. All questions regarding manufacturing or defects must be addressed to our return customer service. Please ensure to briefly state the issue (with supporting photos) in your request to: joe@spyderzone.ca . Please include a copy of the sales receipt and/or your full name and address.
  2. No credit will be issued if we find that the product has been used, installed, or unpacked / without box or packaging, unless otherwise stated.
  3. No returns will be accepted on a product after more than 60 days from the date of receipt, unless prior written agreement from our company.
  4. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We suggest keeping a tracking number for your records/proof of return.
  5. No returns/refunds/cancellations on custom and/or special orders. Original shipping/handling fees will not be refunded.

International Shipping

International shipments may require the collection of additional shipping fees. We are not responsible for other countries' customs regulations regarding shipping delays or additional fees, duties, or charges, or delays.

Lost/missing packages

The customer is responsible if the package is lost due to the customer entering an incorrect or incomplete delivery address at the time of purchase.

** If the package is lost and the correct shipping has been provided, Spyderzone will file a claim with the carrier before processing a replacement order. Please allow a grace period of 10 days. This is to allow time for the package to return to us via the carrier, or to be redirected to the original address if it was misdelivered.

 ** Missing/incomplete shipments must be claimed within 30 days of the order date. Please inform us immediately if any items are missing from your order.

Refunds

All refunds, once approved by Spyderzone, will be refunded to the original payment method. Refunds cannot exceed the amount of the original purchase price and cannot include shipping fees paid by Spyderzone when shipping the product to the customer. If the customer paid for shipping, they will be refunded. In some cases, refunds may not cover the full purchase price of the product if it is deemed that the product is returned for a reason other than defectiveness. Restocking fees may apply when the customer ordered the wrong product or changes their mind. The amount charged will be at the discretion of Spyderzone and may be up to 10%, as well as the original shipping fees when the product was sent to the customer.

Warranty

Limited warranty – Spyderzone guarantees that the product sold, if maintained and used under normal conditions, will be free from any material and manufacturing defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. 

Note: As of today's date July 1, 2025, all items from TricLED now have a one-year warranty.

OFF-ROAD USE

Due to the nature of environmental and driving conditions, LED lights for ATV vehicles are for accent lighting only and come with a limited warranty of 90 days after receipt. Damage caused by debris from objects hitting the LEDs is not covered in the event of product failure.

Please contact us by email at the address: joe@spyderzone.ca for defect and warranty issues. Include a written explanation, clear images showing the defect, and the phone number where we may be able to contact you.

No warranty or refund will be approved if the defect was caused by abuse, negligence, and/or improper handling by the customer.

Labor costs cannot be included in claims.

Spyderzone will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages.

Spyderzone's liability is limited to the replacement of the purchased item(s).
