Return Policy


  1. Any questions regarding workmanship or defects should be handled by our Returns Customer Service. Be sure to briefly state the problem (with supporting photos) in your request to: joe@spyderzone.ca. Please include a copy of the sales receipt and/or your full name and address.
  2. No credit will be given if product is found to be used, installed, or unboxed/without box or packaging unless otherwise stated.
  3. No returns will be accepted on a product more than 60 days from the date of receipt, except with the prior written consent of our company.
  4. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We suggest you keep a tracking number for your return record/proof.
  5. No returns/refunds/cancellations of custom and/or special orders. Original shipping/handling charges will not be refunded.

All refunds, once approved by Spyderzone, will be refunded to the original payment. Refunds may not exceed the amount of the original purchase price and may not include freight charges paid by Spyderzone when shipping the product to the customer. If the customer has paid for the transport, he will be reimbursed. In some cases, refunds may not cover the full purchase price of the product if the product is deemed to be returned for a reason other than defectiveness. Restocking fees may apply when the customer has ordered the product incorrectly or changes their mind. The amount charged will be at Spyderzone's discretion and may be up to 10%, plus the original shipping charge when the product was sent to the customer.


Limited Warranty – Spyderzone warrants that the product sold, if cared for and used under normal conditions, will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified.


Due to the nature of environmental and riding conditions, LED ATV Vehicle Lights are accent lights only and are backed by a 90 year limited warranty days after receipt. Damage caused by debris from objects striking the LEDs is not warranted in the event of product failure.

Please email us at: joe@spyderzone.ca for defect and warranty issues. Include a written explanation, clear pictures showing the defect and the telephone number where we may be able to contact you.

No warranty or refund will be approved if the defect has been caused by customer abuse, neglect and/or mishandling.

Labor charges cannot be included in claims.

Spyderzone shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages.

Spyderzone's liability is limited to the replacement of the item(s) purchased.
