If you own a Can-Am Spyder RT 2020+, you have probably noticed that when you take turns, the Spyder can feel a bit heavy. This discomfort is even more pronounced when riding with a passenger. Indeed, the factory stabilizer bar allows the bike's body to roll more, which can create a feeling of floatiness or negligence in handling. In addition, the factory stabilizer bar end links are made of plastic, which can flex under spirited driving. And if we look at the original plastic bushings, you can see how they start to stretch and elongate over time, which can lead to a reduction in stability, handling, and overall ride quality.
To solve this problem, we have partnered with the Baja Ron team to offer you our Ultra Performance 3-piece stabilizer bar. This stabilizer bar uses a continuous piece of 11/16" spring steel, with no curvature to enhance responsiveness. This straight stabilizer bar design ensures a constant diameter along its length, meaning it has uniform stiffness or torsional resistance. It includes two machined aluminum arms, one on each side, as well as Baja Ron end links featuring a machined aluminum link body, Chromoly rod ends, 303 stainless steel spacers, and self-lubricating bearings.
